The choir school was set up to provide the fullest musical and vocal training possible for future singers in the Orfeó Català.

From the age of six, singers may enter the choir school in the Initiation groups, continuing their training with the little choir and the children's choir. During the latter stages they work on musical language and vocal technique in parallel to choir practice. The girls' choir and youth choir are the two options after this, in which more intensive vocal work is done in small groups.
