Environmental policy
The PALAU DE LA MÚSICA CATALANA, within its management policy, is aware of the importance of environmental protection and the continual improvement of its activities and services; for this reason it has decided to implement an Environmental Management System according to European Regulation EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) and international standard ISO 14.001, two systems that companies and other organisations may implement to assess, inform and improve their environmental management.
Having obtained the ISO 14.001 and EMAS certificates, the PALAU DE LA MÚSICA CATALANA aims to carry out checks and assessments of the environmental management of its buildings, activities and services, involving all employees, subcontracting companies and society in general, in particular the public who attend different performances held at the Palau de la Música Catalana.
